Phillip Edward Spradley is a program director and cultural producer for cultural institutions, as well as an advisor to artists. Currently based in New York City, he has worked for leading institutions such as Hauser & Wirth, The Smithsonian Institution, Yale Center for British Art, The National Arts Club, The Wooster Group, Karma Gallery, and Simons Foundation.

Phillip holds degrees in Art and Art History from Pratt Institute, New York University, and Georgetown University. He works within public programming, creative assets, institutional partnerships, philanthropic endeavors, community engagement, and business development focusing on fine art and the performing arts.
